The Exigo Glute Ham Developer (GHD) is perfect for performing the glute ham raise, one of the best movements for building the posterior chain – lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. This station features an ergonomic split pad, adjustable length options to support various users, a low-profile frame with a step-up platform for easy entry/exit, and dual rollers for mid-section & ankle support. This training station is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.

Product Care

Machines must only be used indoors in a temperature-controlled environment and be left dry. Any damage to products from chemical cleaning products voids the product warranty.
