The Spirit AB900 Air Bike is a classic design of a classic modality. With its air-driven, isokinetic resistance system, this air bike is a powerful tool for all types of training situations — from low RPM, low load rehabilitation to high performance, high Watt output interval training. Resistance matches the user’s effort and accommodates upper-body only and total body exercise. Product Care

After each workout, wipe down all areas exposed to sweat with a damp cloth. Ensure all bolts are properly tightened after assembly and before each use. Ensure that the unit is properly leveled after assembly and before each use. Use leveling pads on the bottom of the feet to adjust height.

Unupholstered high-contact surfaces (hard plastics) can be sanitized using a 75% isopropyl alcohol solution and a clean, dry cloth. Spray surfaces to be sanitized, and use the dry cloth to wipe clean. Allow surfaces to dry before using.
For upholstered or soft-plastic surfaces, use a conditioner after sanitizing. Be sure to follow the instructions provided by the conditioner manufacturer to ensure proper use of the conditioner.
Alternatively, you can make your own spray by mixing the proper ratio of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water to reach a 75% solution.
